If they have it's never been revealed. Having killed as a soldier during times of war does not equate to murder. A President that advocates military action that results in war related deaths does not constitute murder either (besides which, it takes an act of Congress to declare war). Murder is usually defined as the unlawful killing of another human being with malice aforethought (aka intent). Aaron Burr, who was a Vice President comes close as he was indicted on murder charges for his famous duel with Hamilton (never convicted).
