I went to a website an it ran something on my computer I think I might have gotten a virus. What is the best program to use to find and remove it?

Wow I wish I had a real good answer, but what I can tell you is if you do not pay for the virus software most them only detect it and will not remove it. I like bit defender btw.

AVG has a really good anti-virus program. They have a free one but with that you may want to run it 3-4 times before it catches the virus but it always will.

Try Norton virus protection. It detects viruses too. This is what I use on my computer :)

Try running combofix... download it here and run it - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix . All your virus will be gone. Or try to system restore your computer to the time where in it has no virus...
