Well I think if you can not afford to feed your children or cloth them, it is not the taxpayers job to raise them.

Absolutely. There are too many women having kids while receiving welfare. I have always believed every woman has the right to make their own decisions when it comes to their body, however if they are unable to financially support themselves and are receiving public assistance that choice should NOT be there. Plain and simple if you cannot afford a new child then do not have one. There is no reason the Government should continue supporting additional kids. The Governemnt should make it mandatory for women on welfare to take a Birth Control Education class and birth control methods should be available for free. I also believe the Government should do more to provide these women some sort ot training that would allow them to find jobs and get off the system.

BEST question I have read so far. There should absolutely be a limit. I don't want to turn into China but it almost seems we have to. Hell maybe I should start bearing all these children so I don't have to work.... oh wait.... I'm not a freeloader.
