I think my girlfriend might be BiPolar or have split personalities. I have brought it up to her in the past but it always causes a major fight and I wind up dropping it. But it has come to a point were I fear for my life sometimes. I love her so much and could never leave her but how can I get her the help she needs without causing fights were the Police might be involved? Help

Perhaps you are the problem and have pissed her off so much that she can't help but become this other angrier person.... Think about it and the times that she has become 'bi-polar'.... Anyway, if you serioulsy believe there may be something psychological wrong with her and she is over-reacting then a visit to the Doctor is needed. Good Luck buddy.

Bipolar is a complex illness. There are many different symptoms and several different types of bipolar disorders. The primary symptoms of the disorder are dramatic and unpredictable mood swings. The various types of bipolar disorder range from mild to severe. This illness will disrupt a person's daily life and can have a negative affect on family, friends, social life, or at work. There are some people that have been known for being suicidal so if you suspect your girlfriend may be bipolar please advise her to see a health professional to correctly diagnose her.

You could be a problem for this cause! You both should see a counselor and try to fix the problem together! Or you can just break up with her and maybe find a new girlfriend. :) Your choice man, theres a lot of fish in the sea.
