They do. I work for the state in the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation and we work with other agencies that do this kind of thing and it is state funded.

I think help should be available for anyone needing it. It was my understand most state funded programs would not pay for someone to get in house treatment.

I think they should but since its the person that wants to get clean maybe they should pay half at least.
