I think its 7 days without food or water before you die.

It is impossible to give a definitive answer to this question because many variable factors determine a person's survival time (age, health, weather conditions) however on average the body can survive without food for about 5 weeks but cannot survive without any water for longer than 5 days.... An average healthy adult male can survive for 30 to 40 days without food.

7-10 days without water. The Nazi's experimented w/o food and you can live off your stored fat for up to a month.
