Tags: is it fair for a first year player to be able to go to the Pro Bowl
Sure. If that player has the stats and playing abilities to back it up, why should his non-veteran status hold him back? Pro = Professional, not veteran.

Why not, if they are good enough they should be able to have the same opportunity. Its obvious they worked for it.

Yes, If you are believed to be a great player than yea. Anyone who is a good enough player in the NFL should be able to go to the Pro Bowl!
